The Davis Theta Chi chapter and its Board of Directors will be hosting our first alumni golf tournament this Fall. All alumni brothers in good standing are encouraged to attend. Please RSVP with your event registration fee as soon as possible - all details are below!
1. Golf Tournament Details
The event takes place Saturday, October 7th Wild Horse Golf Course (map). Tee time start - 1:00pm. You can arrive early for putting or driving practice.
Cost $100 per person, includes green fees, two man cart rental , small bucket of ranges balls and donation to the alumni corp. Food and drink can be purchased separately.
Format will be best ball hit and possible shotgun start if we have enough players. Prizes will be awarded for best score, closest to the pin and maybe highest score.
Caddyshack attire HIGHLY encouraged.
UPDATE: We are setting up a new ticket option. For those who only wish to attend the silent auction and dinner event at night, the ticket price will be $40.
2. Payment Options for Alumni Corp.

3. Paper check - Check should be made out to Theta Chi Fraternity Alumni Association, Zeta Xi Chapter and mailed to ATTN: James Beall , 225 S Edgar Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831 (checks should be sent in advance)
3. Schedule of Events
Golf Tournament 1:00pm to 4:00-5:00pm. We will want most groups to finish together.
Private house barbeque and beer/cocktail mixer from 5:00pm - ??? Get a chance to meet current actives and tour the house. Food and alcohol provided.
Silent auction at house during mixer. Come bid on some excellent gifts and items to take home.

Due to an Aggie home game, we could not secure a block of rooms. But we do have the following discounts.

5. Silent Auction
We need silent auction items!! Donate your created wines, alcohols, beers, company apparel, your personal services ( dentist, lawyers, general contractors), or odd gift cards you don't need. It all helps.
Email me - Chuck Cox ( Uncle Liquor) with a description of the item you want to enter into the silent auction. I will make up the bid sheets.
This has been fun to this point setting this up and hearing from so many of you. I can always use more help to make this event better!! I am really looking forward to making this a great event.
